People in leadership roles bring their unique individual life stories to the task of leadership. We respect this and start with where you are, co-designing experiences to help you realise your potential and aspirations. We recognise that realising your full potential involves both inner and outer work, so we work with you on three levels of leadership capability: the visible behavioural level; the less visible level of leader identity and the fundamental yet invisible level of adult ego development.

The best leaders are the best learners, so we use two core methodologies: the Kolb Experiential Learning Profile, backed by 50 years of research, and the Transformations cards to facilitate adult stage development (vertical development).

We have many years of experience and expertise in helping teams and individuals to engage and inspire, lead performance and development and catalyse change.
We use the narrative coaching methodology developed by Dr David Drake to helps clients move beyond their current thinking in order to see issues from new and broader perspectives. This process helps people to see how the stories they unconsciously tell about themselves can hinder their progress towards changes they truly desire. Coaching for teams encourages collective dialogue and reflection to help clarify purpose and strategy, and to promote team energy and collegiality.
Our approach to leadership development is grounded in science and leavened with soul. We use creative and flexible methods that engage people in non-traditional ways. These include: appreciative inquiry, visual explorer, transformations cards (adult development), culture observation walks, photo elicitation and creative writing.
